Do you ship to another country or overseas?
We will happily deliver to any international destination for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote on shipping. We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. When ordering from outside of the US, please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct.
 
Do you sell wholesale?
Right now wholesale orders are on a discretionary basis. Please contact us for wholesale terms and arrangements.
 
What is your exchange /return policy?
NO REFUNDS - Exchanges only!! We do not accept exchanges for custom orders. We will not accept exchanges COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
 
If your purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return the unused merchandise in its original container within 30 days of sale for a full merchandise exchange or store credit.

Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued a credit for your returned merchandise. Credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for website purchases.  

Please note: We do not honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All personalized, custom, and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. We allow one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking fee of $10.
 
What is your delivery time?
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible within 1-2 business days. Average delivery time is 3-7 days depending on the shipping destination and size of the item. For an additional charge, many items may be shipped via expedited service, please contact customer service to make these arrangements. Custom orders will be ready to ship within 3-5 business days of your order. We will contact you as soon as your custom order is ready and let you know the date of shipment.
 
 What credit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept Visa and MasterCard directly from our site. Or you can process payment through paypal.
 
 Can I place my order through the mail and pay with a personal check or money order?
We accept mail orders paid with a personal check or money order. When sending us your order, please be sure to include all product information (name of product, size, color/style) and shipping information (name, address, phone number and email address). Also be sure to add the necessary shipping charges to your total purchase.  Please understand that orders paid for with a check will take additional time, as these orders are not shipped until your check has cleared.
